Q: Do your Florists deliver on weekends?

A: Not all geographic areas in the U.S. have florists that deliver on weekends. When you place an order to be delivered on a weekend, we make every attempt to find a delivering Florist. If there is an issue with the order we will contact you promptly to make alternative arrangements. Weekend orders can be placed up till 11:00 AM in the recipient's time zone.

Q: Do you charge a delivery or service fee on your flower orders?

A: All Florist delivered orders are accessed with an $11.99 flat fee which covers the administrative and delivery costs. Please compare this cost to our competitors “service fees” of $12.99 to $15.99.

Q: Can you deliver to hospitals?

A: Many Hospitals no longer accept flowers so it is always advisable to check before placing your order. We certainly can deliver to those hospitals that allow flowers to be delivered.

Q: Anything special about ordering flowers for the holidays?

A: To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Q: Do you deliver on holdays?

A: Most local Florists observe the nationally observed holidays and prefer to spend the time with their families. However, most are delivering on holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day when it occurs over the weekend. Mother's Day is always on Sunday!

Q: How do I place a funeral order?

A: Funeral orders can be placed directly on the website and should be set for delivery the day before the funeral service. Please place the name of the deceased person as the recipient of the flowers and" c/o Funeral Director" on Address Line #2.

Q: Can I send flowers to PO Boxes and FPO Addresses?

A: Unfortunately as flowers are a perishable item we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or FPO addresses.
Q: What if the order is received in a damaged / bad condition?

If your order happens to be damaged, please contact the delivering Florist as soon as possible. If the situation is not corrected immediately, please contact Flowers and Gifts USA for a quick resolution.

Q: What happens if noboby is at home when the delivery is made?

A: Should your recipient not be at home at the time of delivery the florist will use their best discretion to determine if the flowers should be left or called for redelivery.

Q: Can I make a purchase without registering?

A: Yes. You can purchase items on this site as a “Guest”. However, your shopping experience will be enhanced by registering first and then shopping.

Q: How do I know that my chosen Affiliate Organization will be credited for my purchase?

A: Once your Affiliate registration is approved, you will be paid 20% of your customer’s purchase amount, monthly and typically via Paypal.

Q: How can your prices be the same as your big competitors and you still pay Affiliates 20%?

A: The "Big Guys" typically spend from 3-8% of revenue on advertising and the remaining 12-17% is part of their profit. We prefer to give back 20% to our Affiliate partners, with a smaller profit margin to us, in exchange for their marketing influence and advertising efforts towards their followers.

Q: Will I receive payments for the lifetime purchases from my referrals?

A: Yes. As long as your returning customers use your specific URL for shopping, you will continue to receive commissions for their orders,

Q: Do I need a website to become an Affiliate?

A: No. You don’t need a website to become one of our Affiliate Partners. Once you are approved, a customized e-commerce website will be created for you with a password to login and track the orders and commissions that are being generated from your website.

Q: Where can I get the URLs for publishing and advertising?

A: Login to the Affiliate Section of the page and go to the ‘Get URL’ page. You can select the banners and/or URL’s from this section to advertise on your own site. Also, we can make custom advertising banners with your specific URL, per your request.
